Founded in 1997 in Italy, Ikron Fluid Filtration is part of the Casappa group and offers a range of hydraulic filtration products, including Suction Filters, Return Line Filters, Spin-On Filters, Medium Pressure Filters and High Pressure Filters, as well as a variety of accessories and reservoir components.

IKRON SUCTION FILTERS
Ikron Suction Filters protect the pump from the fluid contaminant inside the tank.
The range includes:
Ikron HF410
In-tank suction line filters to protect the main pump from cavitation and seizures.
Maximum flow: 79.3 gpm (300 l/min)
Ikron HF410 suction filters are directly connected to the circuit suction line and protect the system components from contaminant particles. Versions with mounted by-pass valve are available.
HF431/434/437
Tank mounted suction line filters with aluminum connection, easy to replace and inspect.
Maximum flow: 58.1 gpm (220 l/min)
IKRON RETURN FILTERS
Ikron Return Filters protect the pump and the hydraulic circuit from the fluid contaminant returning back to the tank. The range includes:
HF502/508
Tank top filters to protect the circuit return line flows.
Filter media:
Microfiber 3, 6, 10, 25 micron
Reinforced paper 10, 25 micron
Zinc-plated steel wire mesh 90 micron
Stainless steel wire mesh 25, 60, 125, 250 micron
They are available in different configurations and dimensions and offer various accessories such as diffusers and tube extensions, in order to avoid the creation of bubble and foam inside the tank.

IKRON SPIN-ON FILTERS
Ikron Spin-On Filters protect both suction and return lines from the fluid contaminant. The expression spin-on indicates the element replacement ease.

HF620/625
Spin-on filters to be mounted on the return and/or suction lines of the circuit.
Filter media:
Microfiber 3, 6, 10, 25 micron
Cellulose 10, 25 micron
Zinc-plated steel wire mesh 60, 90 micron
HF650
Spin-on filters to be mounted on the return line of the circuit for working pressure up to 35 bar.
Filter media:
Microfiber 3, 6, 10, 25 micron
Reinforced cellulose 10, 25 micron
Ikron HF650 spin-on filters are mounted on the return line of the circuit and protect the system components from contaminant particles. They are particularly recommended for hydrostatic charge pumps and cooling circuits.
IKRON MEDIUM AND HIGH PRESSURE FILTERS
Ikron Medium Pressure Filters and Ikron High Pressure Filters protect the system components in the pressure line from the fluid contaminant.

In-line filters for medium pressure.

Microfiber 3, 6, 10, 25 micron
Reinforced cellulose 10, 25 micron
Ikron HF690 medium-pressure filters are mounted on the pressure line of the circuit and protect the system components from contaminant particles. They provide an aluminium housing that combines lightweight and resistance.
*The range also includes Ikron HF705, Ikron HF710, Ikron HF725, Ikron HF735, Ikron HF745, Ikron HF749 and the Ikron HF760.
IKRON ACCESSORIES
Ikron accessories enable the control operations and fluid and air maintenance inside the tank. Ikron accessories include filler caps with or without air breathers, air breathers and level indicators.

Ikron filtration devices include aggregates and solutions for hydraulic oil maintenance
R RESERVOIRS
Complete plastic reservoirs.
Ready-to-install modules provide an HF547 return filter with air filter and an HL91 level-temperature indicator. Easy and stable fixing with 4 threaded holes in the back (R15 and R25) and double option of brackets-bars and bands (R50). The internal oil baffle creates a division between the return line oil and the suction line oil, preventing bubbles from going through the circuit.
